I am on a new project (6 weeks in) and we are having a roller coaster of exhiliration. You kbnow what I mean, 3 hours of terror, a sleepless night, and then a great idea of a solution in the next week. I have to say that I love this kind of environment. It keeps you on your toes and keeps the skill uptake and problem solving faculties working. Challenge always brings growth.

To many people on the internet beleive if they put up a website, the people will come. You know the old saying wish in one hand and **** in the other and see which one gets filled up faster. You have to agressively advertise your website or affiliate url, and I mean agressively advertise it.
I see alot of people use one method, they will buy some banners or somthing and then sit back and wait. Where is all the sales right? The other thing is dont ever quit, this is the only difference between the successful and the not so successful, you cant win if you dont stay in the GAME!
